we went to visit last night, only hours after jack was born. both mom and baby looked wonderful! i was super impressed by kendyll - jack was born at 2, we showed up a little after 5, and she looked great and was happy and healthy.
jack is one of the cutest babies i have ever seen. he has kendyll's cute little nose, and his mouth and chin are exactly the same as his older brother, wesley.
when we first got there, wesley hadn't completely registered the fact that he had a new baby brother. but while we were all taking turns holding jack, wesley eventually took interest in him. he starting saying "baby jack! baby jack!" so kendyll asked him if he wanted to hold baby jack. wesley nodded and climbed up by kendyll. we placed baby jack in kendyll's arms and wesley was completely intruiged. he hugged him and kissed him. he pointed out all of his facial features - pointing to and saying, "nose," "eyes,"and "head."

it was the sweetest thing i have ever seen!
unfortunately, we rushed over there straight from work, so we forgot our camera. but brad was documenting just about everything, so hopefully we'll get copies emailed to us soon.

but congrats to brad, kendyll and wesley!
we love them a lot and are super excited to now have baby jack!
