Brans and I met,

I knew he was a very smart guy.

And since he's gone back to school,

we both have been working super hard

and me with my super fast-paced job

While I was hoping that he would get good grades,

I was pleasantly surprised when

he got this letter in the mail last week:

Yes. It was mind-blowing-ly awesome.

Yes. I got home a little before 3am.

Yes. I'm at work already.

Yes. I'm tired.
Yes. I cried.

Yes. Multiple times.

Yes. It was totally worth it.

Yes. It was a perfect conclusion to a revolutionary franchise.

Yes. I loved it.

sights of summer

These are some of the sights of our summer so far.

While I love them all, I must admit I'm most currently enthralled with the recent addition of a dishwasher to our kitchen. [My carpal tunnel hands just can't grip dishes anymore. And no, I will not tell you how many glasses I may or may not have broken.] Thank goodness for machines that help make work a little easier.
